Easily use in-store or online. 

Gift cards are delivered by email and contain checkout redemption and gifting instructions. Our gift vouchers have no additional processing fees.

Please note this is an electronic voucher that will be emailed to the purchasers email address for them to forward or gift to recipient. 

Gift vouchers are valid for three years from purchase date.

Keep your code safe as gift vouchers are treated as cash and lost or expired vouchers are not valid and cannot be exchanged or replaced.  

Delivery Details

Free shipping on orders over $150 (exclusions apply for oversized items).

Orders placed Monday–Friday are shipped within two business days. You'll get a tracking number once you're on your way.

Big items (furniture, lighting, framed prints) are click & collect or quote-only - email us at pinjarra@thecrosswalkstore.com.au

Click & collect from our Pinjarra store is always free - we'll let you know when it's ready.

We reuse packaging where we can, so our boxes aren't always pretty, but everything inside is well looked after.

Shipping policy

Free shipping for items over $150 with exclusions for over-sized and bulky items. 

Furniture, lighting and framed prints are currently only available for purchase with click & collect or by requesting a quote for shipping via pinjarra@thecrosswalkstore.com.au 

We offer click & collect from our Pinjarra store store, please select click & collect at checkout. You will be notified when your order is ready for collection. There are no shipping fees on click & collect orders. 

We endeavour to have accurate stock levels online, however we are human. All shipments are subject to availability.

Standard orders placed Monday – Friday (excluding Public Holidays) will be processed and shipped within two business days.

We try our best to keep shipping costs to a minimum. We re-use boxes and packaging as often as we can to minimise waste. Sometimes our boxes aren’t the prettiest, but we promise the package inside is well looked after. Parcels are shipped via Australia Post or a courier – you will be issued with a tracking number via email at the time of shipment.

All shipping is at the customers risk. Once items have been dispatched and tracking numbers provided, we do not hold responsibility for lost parcels, or packages damaged in transit.

Returns

Online Returns Policy

We want you to be confident in your online purchase with The Crosswalk Store. We will happily exchange, provide store credit or a full refund* (conditions apply) on your purchase if the item ordered is not right for you. 

  • For a full refund, you need to contact us and return the item to us within 7 days of receiving it. Items returned outside of the 7 day window are not eligible for a refund. 
  • Any refund amount will be less the shipping charges and only once all items are returned.
  • All refunds will be via original payment method.
  • For an exchange or credit note, you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 30 days have gone by since you received your items, unfortunately we cannot accept a return for exchange or credit note. 
  • To be eligible for an exchange, refund or store credit, your item must be in the original condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 
  • The customer is responsible for the shipping costs incurred when sending the items back to The Crosswalk Store. 
  • There is no exchange or return on sale items or gift cards.
  • You can exchange your purchase in store with proof of purchase.
  • Exchanges will be processed as a new order and shipping applied.
  • All returns are at the expense of the customer and we recommend you use a trackable courier, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit. 

To start a return, you can contact us at pinjarra@thecrosswalkstore.com.au.  If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or Faulty Product

We pride ourselves on our quality product range and hope you will never receive a faulty or damaged product. However, we know sometimes these things do happen and/or they can be damaged in transit. If you believe you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as you receive your order and we will happily guide you through the process. 

We ask that you contact the team via email at pinjarra@thecrosswalkstore.com.au with images and details of the damage and your order number. 

Please do not ship back any items before you contact our customer service team.

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund, please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

In-store Returns Policy

We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases made in-store. We will happily exchange or provide store credit within 30 days of purchase. 

  • For an exchange or credit note, you have 30 days from purchase to return your items in store. If 30 days have gone by since you purchased your items, unfortunately we cannot accept a return.
  • To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, your item must be in the original condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Certain types of items cannot be returned or exchanged; Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), earrings, custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (lipstick, nail polish, beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Can I return items that I purchased through Afterpay?

All purchases made through Afterpay can be returned in accordance with our standard Return Policy. The Crosswalk Store will process your return as normal and Afterpay will adjust your payment schedule accordingly, if your return meets our Terms & Conditions.

If you have made a payment already, Afterpay will process amounts back to the card you purchased from. You will receive an email from Afterpay once the refund has been processed to communicate any changes to your payment schedule.

In what packaging will my purchase be delivered?

Can I include a personalised gift message with my purchase?

Yes, you have the opportunity to write a personalised gift message when you select 'View the cart'. Messages are handwritten & included with your purchase.

How will I know if you have received my order?

After your order is placed, you will receive a notification to your email account that your order has been received.

Please note, your order is not confirmed until payment has been received & items prepared for dispatch. At this point a notification will be sent to your email account regarding the shipment information and tracking link.
