An innovative (and incredibly potent) liquidless diffuser. This set features two best selling scents, Lost in Amalfi, evoking the Mediterranean sea and the other, Kyoto in Bloom, reminiscent of Japan in spring.

Product Details

  • Includes 2 sets of 5 Scent Stems™ and 1 gold metal Scent Scene™ Stand.
  • The Scent Scene™ Duo includes two individually packaged Scent Stems™ fragrances: Kyoto in Bloom Camellia & Lotus and Lost in Amalfi Sea Mist.
  • To use place your Scent Stems™ of choice into the metal vessel, ensuring it's placed on a flat surface away from open windows or vents.
  • After 30 days, or a time of your choosing, swap out the Scent Stems™ for the other supplied fragrance.
  • Replacement Scent Stems are sold separately, with seven fragrances to choose from.
  • We suggest replacing your Scent Stems™ every 30 days to refresh your fragrance or to increase their strength.
  • After 30 days the Scent Stems™ can be placed in recycling with other paper products.

We offer FREE Australia wide shipping on orders over $200 (bulky items excluded). Otherwise:

  • Express Shipping available $20
  • Click and Collect available (from our stores in Pinjarra, WA)
  • For artwork and extra large items, a custom quote for shipping will be provided.

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Notify us at pinjarra@thecrosswalkstore.com.au within 7 days of delivery
  • Exchanges for store credit are available within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be in new condition, unworn, unused, with tags and original packaging
  • All Sale items and gift cards are final sale

  • We offer store credit for change of mind within 14 days of purchase

Ordering

In what packaging will my purchase be delivered?

We try our best to keep shipping costs to a minimum. We re-use boxes and packaging as often as we can to minimise waste. Sometimes our boxes aren’t the prettiest, but we promise the package inside is well looked after. Parcels are shipped via Australia Post or a courier – you will be issued with a tracking number via email at the time of shipment.

Can I include a personalised gift message with my purchase?

Yes, you have the opportunity to write a personalised gift message when you select 'View the cart'. Messages are handwritten & included with your purchase.

How will I know if you have received my order?

After your order is placed, you will receive a notification to your email account that your order has been received.

Please note, your order is not confirmed until payment has been received & items prepared for dispatch. At this point a notification will be sent to your email account regarding the shipment information and tracking link.

When will I receive my order?

Standard orders placed Monday – Friday (excluding Public Holidays) will be processed and shipped within two business days. All shipping is at the customers risk. Once items have been dispatched and tracking numbers provided, we do not hold responsibility for lost parcels, or packages damaged in transit.
